wants to encourage children to discover the joys of reading and writing. We believe that nothing can motivate children more than meeting someone who does this for a living, so to encourage educators to bring an author to their school, we offer a $5.00 discount off the retail price of any of our books that are sold at these types of events. Our children's specialty picture books retail for $15.99. The special price for events is to encourage educators to bring this type of event to their location. The schools can either pass these savings on to the students or sell the book in conjunction with the event at full price to help recoup the cost of the event.
